Privacy contact: [email protected].

This statement covers personal data we process through this website — that is, data about visitors to the website and about the business contacts who get in touch with us through it. It does not cover:

  • consumer brand services (for example subscription mobile content services), each of which has its own privacy notice on the relevant brand website;

If you use a contact or enquiry form, or write to us: your name, the organisation you represent, your job title, email address, telephone number, country, the content of your message and any attachment you choose to send. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we ask you not to send us any.

5. Our lead generation activity, and how it relates to this website

Webite runs user acquisition campaigns, which include lead generation for business partners. We think it is worth being explicit about how that works:

  • Consumer personal data used in lead generation is not collected through this website. It is collected on dedicated campaign landing pages.
  • Each landing page carries its own privacy notice and consent wording. That notice identifies who is collecting the data, the purposes it will be used for, the categories of recipients, and how to withdraw consent or object.
  • Where we are the controller for that data, the notice on the landing page applies to it. Where we generate leads on behalf of a client and act on the client's instructions under a data processing agreement, the client is the controller and its notice applies.
  • If you have a question or a request about personal data collected in one of our campaigns and you are not sure where to send it, write to [email protected] and we will route it to the right controller.

6. Who we share personal data with

We share personal data only where there is a reason to, and only with the following categories of recipient:

  • service providers who host, maintain, secure and support this website and our IT systems, including hosting and content delivery providers;
  • providers of analytics, advertising measurement, email and customer relationship management tools that we use to run the website and manage enquiries;
  • companies in our group, where necessary for the purposes described in section 3 and subject to intra-group agreements;
  • competent authorities, regulators or courts, where we are legally required to disclose information or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend legal claims; and

Service providers act on our instructions under a written agreement and may not use the data for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal data collected through this website, and we do not make it available to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. International transfers

We are established in Singapore and some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Singapore is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses — together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where the transfer is from the United Kingdom — and we carry out an assessment of the transfer and any additional measures needed. You can request a copy of the safeguards in place at [email protected].

At the end of the applicable period we delete the data or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable data protection law, you have the right to:

  • ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • ask us to restrict how we process your data;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to object at any time to direct marketing;
  • receive the data you provided to us in a portable format, and have it transmitted to another controller; and
  • withdraw a consent you have given, at any time.

To exercise a right, write to [email protected]. We will respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data or your request, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We keep your personal data for maximum of 12 months or as long as it’s legally necessary.

9. How we protect personal data

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and authentication, encryption of data in transit, logging and monitoring, supplier due diligence and contractual safeguards, staff confidentiality obligations, and a procedure for handling personal data breaches. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
